Nice breakfast with open buffet. Room has coffee/tea kettle. Good bathroom and comfortable bed. Rooms cleaned rigorously by helpful staff. Towels changed daily. Pet and family friendly. Helpful and professional receptionists. Good price for amenities. Efficient AC in room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was ideal - slightly outside of the town center which meant it was quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently near Kiev city centre and the airport. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel appreciated and ensuring that my needs were met. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided, such as the rooms with a tub on the first floor, were a nice touch and added to the comfort of my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was simply delicious and definitely worth the money.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!
